New Release S-Drill 1.4 Drilling Software

We are pleased to announce the release of S-Drill 1.4. It contains many new features and enhancements to S-Drill's engineering tools.
Lathe Plot
It is now possible to display depth logs in 3D along a well path in the form of a 'Lathe' plot where values are displayed as both a diameter and colour.
Calliper Log
It is now possible to associate a calliper log with a given hole section. This log can be used to provide hole diameters at any depth and are used in hydraulics, volume, buckling and stand-off calculations.
Log Summary Data
Min, Max and Average data is now displayed for each log curve
Lithology in 3D Views
S-Drill now allows the user to display the lithology in the 3D views.
Multiple Versions Geology & Well Programme
S-Drill now allows multiple versions of the Geology record and Well Programme. Planned and Actual versions can be specified.
Known Pressure Points in Geology
It is now possible to enter know pressure points such as LOT, FIT, Connection Gasses, Kicks etc. in the Actual Geology Data. Values can be associated with a Pressure Test log and analysed in the Pressure Test Analyser.
Pressure Test Analyser
The Pressure Test Analyser allows calculation of downhole pressures and gradients from Pressure Test data such as FIT, LOT and XLOT tests. Pressure points are automatically extracted from the log data.
Downhole pressures can be calculated with a single mud weight or a temperature correction can account for changing mud properties.
Tractor Tool Support
S-Drill now supports Tractor Tools in the Torque & Drag calculation. Traction values can be applied to both Pick Up and Slack Off modes.
Under Reamer & Hole Opener Support
Improved modelling of under reamers and hole openers in the engineering calculations
Accessory Catalogue
Accessory types such as Centralisers, Pipe Protectors, Torque Reducers and Hole Cleaning Devices now have a dedicated user catalogue.
Improved Heatmap Plot
Heatmaps now include a frequency plot
Improved Reports
It is now possible to customise pdf reports with fonts, colours and optional title page.
